Accommodation
A large farmhouse with lots of space both inside and outside and it has been recently renovated. Everything is modern but it retains its traditional look and feel as a traditional Spanish house. Terraces sit on both sides and the views extend out to the vineyards and olive groves and further out to fields with cattle grazing. Lots of wildlife and plenty of natural walks with mountain backdrops will keep you entertained.
The setting is very quiet and tranquil, there are acres of space for outdoor barbeques and picnics, with the weather being warm almost every day of the year you can relax and dine outside.
The terrain offers great adventures both on foot, taking a bike or using a car, nearby towns are all traditional and have the benefit of not been spoiled with tourists.
Bedrooms:All the bedrooms are very spacious, bedroom 1 has its own private terrace, walk in wardrobe and double bed. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and bedroom 5 has a single bed.
Bedroom one has its very own private en-suite with a shower and a toilet and lots of towels. The other 2 bathrooms have a large shower and toilet, these 2 bathrooms are shared between the rest of the bedrooms.
The kitchen is very large, fully equipped and has lots of cupboards and shelves. The worktops are made of granite surfaces. Appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer and cooker. The kitchen benefits from having a large wine rack and a good selection of wines.
Living room is a combined room with the dining room, the dining area seats a comfortable 10 people. Sideboards decorate the living area along with a sofa and armchairs, you also have access to the patio where there are hammocks and outdoor sun beds for relaxation. A wood burning stove compliments the room and for entertainment there are DVD films and Satellite TV.
The outside of the villa has a double bbq a picnic area a large outdoor dining table, and is well shaded from the sunlight if necessary.
One part of the garden is also used for a spa and hot tub, it is placed right in the middle of its own small terraced surround. There is a swimming pool if you prefer cool water and a little fun to, there in the outside terrace is a bread oven and a sports court.
